Focus on the needs and concerns of the breast-feeding mother-baby pair and to prevent, recognize and solve breastfeeding difficulties

Help the mother initiate breastfeeding and/or pumping

• Trouble-shoots to solve any problem the mother is having initiating her plan.
• Teaches how to position her infant at the breast in a way that suits them best.
• They also act as a resource to NICU staff to answer their questions about lactation support
• Our client only considers female candidates for this role and candidates who are in UAE already.
• Educational background: Needs to be International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in similar field
