You are:
- ability to run and manage a team, need to have functional and technical knowledge of Financial Consolidation
- experienced in implementing and configuring the Hyperion HFM suite including HFM, FDM, Financial Reporting and EPMA
- comfortable leading workshops to define and understand the reporting business requirements
- able to create detailed project plans, timelines, task lists and design documents
- adept at leveraging FDM to define all data mappings, validation rules and data loads
- a strong communicator (written and verbal)
- a creative problem-solver
- willing to take the responsibility to be great, regardless of circumstances
- client focused and a comfort evaluating future service opportunities
- calm under pressure
- not high maintenance or moody, we don’t have time for that
- able to turn on a dime

You know:
- how to provide information and recommendations around account practices and reporting standards including GAAP, IFRS, XBRL, SOX etc.
- about defining and recommending currency translation methods and best practices
- how to help clients identify significant business value trapped in their data
- how to manage business development opportunities
- ways to help others learn by sharing what you know
- what it means to work independently
- how to work and play hard
- how to support defining implementation best practices
You would rock if you:
- have any HFM or FDM certifications
- implemented multiple HFM applications
- know version 11.1.2.x or newer
- have a degree in Computer Science, MIS, Finance or Accounting
- are able to train business users on how to administer HFM
- five to ten years work experience in Accounting and Finance
- have been a software consultant in a previous life
- desire to work in new environments, with new people and new business challenges
- are a born leader
- love to learn from your peers and industry leaders
- have strong interpersonal skills, like to problem solve and want to see your client succeed
- have a broad sense of humor and a deep appreciation for the absurd
- ride a motorcycle or fly an airplane
