Description

  •   Lead, direct, motivate and measure a team of highly talented Marketing and Brand Professionals
  •   Oversees the creation of Customer Segmentation and Customer Experience strategies.
  •   Collaborates with sales, operations and marketing leadership to optimise strategies against customer needs across all business units
  •   Oversees and coaches Marketing Leaders and team
  •   Oversees customer-specific marketing initiatives and the development of sales initiatives and promotional programs driven by customer insights
  •   Champions Voice of the Customer program and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve the overall customer experience
  •   Oversees market, customer and competitive research strategy and programs, as well as provide insight on short and long term market trends and reports
  •   Measures and tracks the effectiveness of Marketing programs with a clear ROI
  •   Shares Customer Segment and Customer Insight program results and learnings with relevant stakeholders
  •   Acts as a trusted advisor with senior executives on strategic business decisions
  •   Facilitates strategic planning discussions with marketing team and business stakeholders.
  •   Develop and implement the company's market-specific lead generation capabilities across multiple business segments
  •   Develop Stewart's global marketing strategy including collateral and direct response programs, tradeshows and web/interactive/social media.
  •   Ensure rigor and discipline across company-wide programs that support integrated marketing and sales models
  •   Act as a thought leader and change agent for the Stewart brand globally
  •   Measure, analyze and constantly improve the correlations between brand, marketing, customer insights, business intelligence, lead management, customer retention with demonstrated and measurable sales results
  •   Oversee in-house creative development across all marketing channels and business units
  •   Oversee trade show, industry events and other event planning
  •   Other duties as assigned or reassigned by manager
  • Should have Multi-country experience.
