Our client is a globally a reputed financial and professional services firm specialising in real estate is looking for a senior cost manager to be based in Cairo.
Description
- Minimum 12-15 years’ experience as a cost manager working for a developer, Project/Cost management company, or a consultant.
- Needs to have experience in leading a cost management team in Egypt or the MENA region.
- Should have broad experience in Pre and Post contract cost management,
- Good business development skills and the ability to build an efficient and strong Cost management team
- Good client interface.
- Must have developed Project Execution Plans to deliver outputs and managed design teams in the development of design solutions.
