Description
Responsibilities
- Oversees the design, development, delivery and management of technology services and solutions for the bank.
- Development and maintenance of a comprehensive strategic plan with goals and objectives that support and advance the company’s strategic plan.
- Develop business specific technology standards and practices along with managing the technology budget.
- Manage data systems implementation and monitor their effectiveness in meeting business goals abd drive opportunities for improvement in technology utilization.
- Provide direction and manage the technology team.
Desired Skills and Experience
- minimum of 15 years of experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a commercial banking environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership in a complex organization leading the transition to broader technology platforms
